4.      North Korea takes responsibility to not start and shoot in RWs against Croatia
5.      Croatia takes responsibility to not start and shoot in RWs against North Korea
6.      Both countries will not shoot at each other. A few hits don't count, but orchestrated strikes or massive one-man damage interrupts the NAP
7.      NAP terms will be active right after both side signs
