I don't want this to be a long article, hence will try to keep it short.

I wanna apologize, for the lack of graphics cause of writing from the phone.

I want to thank the previous HQ for their hard work and efforts.

Phoenix alliance welcomes its new member Croatia. I'm sure, they will be a valuable addition to our family.

Regarding NAP our alliance considers it is broken.

If anyone has problems regarding termination of NAP.

We have enough proofs of violation of it.

This doesn't mean we will start any hostalities against anyone right away.

I believe we should not keep hating each other and past is past.

I wanna thank our allies and friends for all they have done for us we are very grateful. 

This is a new page for us in game and we will watch the game closely and try not to judge anyone based on their past actions but on their current ones.
