These market offers in Peru have been there since the beginning. They were pretty cheap before but now not that much. Raws, Q4 and Q5 food, Q1 and Q2 weps. There were always 5-10 offers of one product on the same price(if they don't get bought fast). And these offers always appeared one by one in the evening. (EU time).
