Dear French (at home and abroad) and citizens of the world,
Since the world was reset, our nation has entered its deepest crisis.
The few certainties built thanks to an important and incessant work of diplomacy have been lost: since then various new and old occupiers have taken possession of our territory, we have had attacks from all sides and our already fragile nation has entered the dark period.
We have lost our beloved island of Corsica, from which we tried to keep the flame of our nation alight, we have seen our neutrality trampled and our economy collapsed.
As President, it has been really hard to witness all this. The first stage was to feel betrayed by the logic of capitalism that (oh dear, sad but true) guides the logic of this game.
The second stage was total despair: every time I logged in I found new notifications upon notifications of declarations of war, attacks etc. I couldn't do nothing except watch to the dismemberment of my nation: I certainly did not believe I would preserve it but I hoped that a small space for us could remain.
I took a screenshot of the new world on day zero... you were so beautiful and placid, my dear France.
The third stage was to falter and I assure you that it was the most difficult to face. Our country was left with nothing: we had no land, no market, nothing at all.
I assisted as best I could to the questions of my citizens who were asking only for the most basic things that can be requested: food, weapons, some money... When I could I gave answers to my citizens... when I couldn't I admired their tenacity and their determination.
Many times I was close to give up: I was ashamed of my impotence and I only wanted to get up one morning and simply saying "Enough".
But I found strength and inspiration in my citizens and therefore, at least for a while, here I am again.
This short piece of writing has a not modest purpose: as the period of discounts for factory upgrades approaches, I would like to ask the whole world to respect our nation, bent by events, at least for a while.
It would be important for us to preserve at least one region (our dear Corsica if only it were possible) to be able to improve our factories and earn something for our national treasure.
I know I cannot expect anything from this world, but I would at least like to try.
Thanks to my fellow citizens.
Thanks to all those who have shown themselves to be true friends... few but good.
Thanks to anyone who will read this piece.
Thanks to the admins, who perhaps will be able to implement a policy of defense for small nations, so that no one will be forgotten along the way or sacrificed to the logic of profit.
Sincerely yours,
Citoyen Vigneron,
President of the last French.
