0, First I hope my Electric Provider will f...will have better performance very soon, since I got an electrical blackout when I almost finished my article...so I needed to rewrite it.

1, You should set seconds on your PC: https://s3.amazonaws.com/i.snag.gy/DCsTWP.jpg
It gives You more comfort, and in special cases it can help You to get even more punctual/proper time to click. I like it better than any current time website with seconds.
2, You check the Latest Events page in the Game. You see the RW You wanna open ended at 06:07:13 last time (You calculate your Local Time Zone to it, ofc). So You go to the region(s) page in-game where You wanna open the next RW, and refresh at 06:00:00. You get the informatioan that the remaining time is 00:07:09. It does mean that You need to click at 06:07:09 (Your OS time), it means the proper time (your OS time) to click there is somewhere between 06:07:08 and 06:07:09.
3, I don't think that is so hard to figure out what I do to get some kinda very close moment to click, but if You wanna see here the rest of my method of "getting a really close moment to click", then Admins need to show me that Official Documents that prove how I cheated, or Apologize to me (in a Comment in this Article) after they accused me unfairly.

I know this dude for a long time. My nemesis in raising rws in other games. Taking on mind I kicked his a** there I guarantee he is not using scripts and deserves an apology
