Can anyone fulfill me how is situation in Philipines as a country. It saying that has 12 citizens then 10 and after it saying 4(3 with citizenship and one without). On 133 day it was some activity in economy said as "php" or something like that.
Is that a dead country or?
If you know any information which would be useful let me know.
