These countries are trying to prevent us from acting in our own living space, borders and sphere of influence while they are spread over all lands in 5 continents that have nothing to do with their homeland.
We are only interested in the dead countries around us. While you have a full bonus when you take two regions with map advantage, we do not have this opportunity. Some countries are not on the map at all, like Syria, Iraq, Azerbaijan.
Bulgaria has informed us during the negotiations that it does not intend to be in these territories after the re-shuffle.
