Compatriotes, 
il y a quelques jours seulement, je vous décrivais notre difficile situation. Un pays en lent déclin, avec une économie presque inexistante, sans même une région. 
Après avoir réfléchi, je vous écris aujourd'hui ainsi qu'au monde pour vous annoncer que la France s'achemine vers la neutralité. 
Un mot souvent abusé mais qui en même temps peut être un espoir pour notre pays. 
Se déclarer neutre n’est que le début: le plus difficile est de le démontrer et d’être capable de faire face aux défis que cela nous impose jour après jour. Mais je suis optimiste. 

Je profite également de cette occasion pour demander la reconnaissance de notre statut au niveau international. J'ai déjà eu l'occasion de rencontrer certains pays et je les remercie pour les bons vœux qu'ils nous ont adressés pour l'avenir. J'en discuterai avec d'autres dans les prochains jours, en attendant de comprendre si les élections présidentielles apporteront des changements. 

La première étape de cette nouvelle position diplomatique se déroule actuellement. Ce matin nous avons réussi à déclencher, grâce à la collaboration du gouvernement serbe, une guerre de résistance en Corse et nous espérons de pouvoir libérer la région. 
Si vous recherchez une médaille révolutionnaire, vous savez désormais où l'obtenir facilement. 

Alors qu’une première lumière brille désormais dans l’obscurité, la prochaine étape consistera à restructurer l’économie. Nous sommes au travail sur quelques solutions dont nous vérifierons la faisabilité dans les prochains jours. 

En ce moment, être français, c'est comme jouer à un jeu vidéo en mode super difficile: c'est pour les courageux, les fous et ceux conscients qu'un seul souffle de vent peut changer notre destin. 
Mais nous voulons essayer et nous sommes prêts à accueillir des gens tout aussi fous. 

Citoyens, la route n’est pas facile mais nous avons fait le premier pas. Soyez fidèle et n’hésitez pas à vous unir sous notre drapeau.

Fellow citizens,
Only a few days ago I described to you our difficult situation. A country in slow decline, with an almost non-existent economy, without even a region. 

After careful reflection, today I am writing to you and to the world to announce that France is moving towards neutrality. 
An often abused word but which at the same time can be a hope for our country. 

Declaring ourselves neutral is only the beginning: the difficult thing is to demonstrate it and be able to face the challenges that this imposes on us day after day. But I'm optimistic. 

I also take advantage of this opportunity to ask for recognition of our status at an international level. I have already had the opportunity to meet with some countries and I thank them for the good wishes they have given us for the future. 
I will discuss things with others in the next few days, waiting to understand if the presidential elections will bring some changes. 

The first step of this new diplomatic stance is taking place right now. This morning we managed to start, thanks to the collaboration of the Serbian government, a war of resistance in Corsica and we hope to be able to liberate the region. If you are looking for a Revolutionary Medal, now you know where to get it easily. 

With a first light now shining in the darkness, the next step will be to restructure the economy. We are working on some solutions whose feasibility we will verify in the next few days. 

At the moment, being French is like playing a video game in super difficult mode: it is for the brave, the fool and those aware that a single breath of wind can change our des. 
But we want to try and we are willing to welcome equally crazy people. 

Citizens, the road is not bright but we have taken the first step. Be faithful and do not hesitate to stick together.
