Its always good when the game finds new and interesting ways to boost journalist activity, either via missions and rewards or other incentives. 

However there is a dark side to this, the " inflation " of low effort and bad quality articles, just to farm certain rewards and progress. One the one hand, there is not much wrong with players asking for help to complete these missions, in fact you would possibly call this a low effort article as well if anything...

On the other hand, the game should really reward and uphold good quality articles rather than spam articles. 

WE ourselvs have a say in this, someone wants your help to get their 3 or 5 votes or whatnot. Offer your help, but when someone already has that much for a low effort article, dont encourage them by offering way more than they " deserve " instead offer you support and ideas to article makers that put their time and effort into constructing interesting articles for everyone and add to the quality of the game.
